Dell Keyboard and Mouse

  belmore1 19:14 17 Jun 2008

I have a Dell Inspiron 530 with Dell Wireless Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. The keyboard and mouse have stopped working. The pc is under warranty and Dell are sending another keyboard and mouse.

My query is this - how can I install drivers for the keyboard and mouse when the pc stops at the Password request stage.?

Would very much appreciate some help.

Fortunately for me, a friend has loaned a laptop or I would be suffering severe pc withdrawal!!!

See if you can borrow a wired keyboard and mouse.

I have tried a wired mouse but there is no connector for it on the desktop.

Blue Tooth wireless stuff such as Keyboard and mice are IMHO a move too far.apart from batteries conbstantly needing charging/replacement.
Far better to purchase a USB Hub-Keyboard and Mouse
The whole bundle need cost little more then £20. and have done with it.
