deleting items of the browser toolbar

there are two items on my browser toolbar and I want to get rid of them. This is because I think they are spyware. One of them is called rfaakblzshz and the other search. how do i get rid of them.

you could well have spyware on your system, download Spybot Search and destroy,click here install, update and run it letting it fix everything it finds in red

Manual Procedure:
Start Registry Editor (Regedit.exe)
Go to the following location and check each GUID sub-key. One of which is
the malware toolbar entry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions

Also, check here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions
{check the values in the right-pane to identify the malware toolbar.)

Spot the entry and delete the appropriate key (backup the registry first)
