Deleting files from floppy's

When you delete a file from a floppy is it gone for good, as it does not go to the recycle bin. Only ask as my son has just delete my briefing notes for a presentation I was due to give tomorrow and like a dummy I'd not saved them anywhere else

I beleive that it will still be on the floppy.
You will need a small applet such as 'Undelete' or 'File Scavenger' to enable recovery.
As the floppy has not been used since (Hopefully) there is an excellent chance of achieving a full recovery of the here

Thanks EdFrench
I'll give it a go. My son had put an exel file on the disc, so this might complicate it a bit. Oh well, if its not there it's either burn the midnight oil, or suddenly develop a upset tummy !!!

If that doesn't work, Drive Rescue click here

I've successfully used it to restore files from a quick formatted floppy.
