Defrag file excluded

Hi, i am running xp home and to follow on from
witch i thought was cured,it now seems that 1 of my files \HIBERFIL.SYS cannot be defraged and gets excluded all the time and this file acording to diskeeper is heavily fragmented hence the problem in my other post.
I have looked and cannot see a way to get this file included in defrag and to the best of my knowledge is not excluded at all but it says it is.Diskeeper says the Permisions on the files are set to deny the system fulll controll, whatever that means
Deos any one know how to goet this file included in the defrag?.

You can't - its the Hibernate file and is in constant use. There are a few other files that can't be defragged too.

Maybe one way would be to switch off Hibernate, reboot and switch it on again where it'll make a new file. Maybe?
