I found one entry here under Deepnet. Doesn't give much away, but may be of interest. It is not a new browser and uses IE engine. I seem to remember a goodly while ago there were some comments on this particular browser, but they are probably not available now because it was so long ago.

I think it's been around for a few years. It's different to other browsers because it includes a P2P client as well. I don't know how secure it is though. click here and try it - if it's not that good you can always put IE back or use another one.
