I have an fujitsu siemens desktop P5731, with an Intel Q43 motherboard. Config is: C2D E8400, 4 GB DDR3 1333Mhz PC3-10600U (2x2gb Samsung). I bought new ram memory 2X4 GB DDR3 1333Mhz PC3-10600 CL9. If i put this new ram in my pc and take the old ones out it beeps and from there does nothing. In specifications of my motherboard says it does not even suport ram memory at 1333mhz PC3-10600 only 1066mhz PC3-8500 but when i bought the computer it had in it this 2x2 GB DDR3 1333Mhz PC3-10600u. (i guess it lowers the speed at 1066mhz from 1333mhz but still works) But my question is why this new ram memory i bought does not even start my pc? Thank you in advance maybe some of u can help me with an answer.

As your PC boots, tap the appropriate key to enter BIOS / Setup, and look for your RAM settings. Make a note of what they are now. If Auto is currently select then try choosing the lower speed, Save and Exit. If a speed is set then try Auto, if available.
