Hi been at this problem for 3 days! we are using a dlink 604+ wirless adsl router for a small network, it went down 3 days ago, re set router and eventually it came back on, we got bt to test line etc, all seemed ok, but suddenly now we cannot access web pages or email? we have tested 2 routers with correct settings, the gui says we are connected, authenticates etc with isp and connects, but we cannot view web or get mail.
we have got back to bt who sya it may be ip conflict, they have givem us a new password, but it is the same, we tried each router in different locations and 2 differnet ips both say the same, connected but no web etc, does anyone know if this is a known issue or can help, any help appreciated, thanks

Check that NAT Function is set to 'enabled' on the router's Configuration | NAT Configuration screen...

Is the problem only with "wireless" connections, or are wired ethernet connections also failing to load web pages and/or access email?

If "wireless", have you deleted existing "profiles" from the wireless settings and gone through the procedure to "Connect" again?
