My DLink D1040 wireless print server boots up unreliably. Sometimes I get the 'print server has encountered a problem...." message, in which case I am unable to print at all, either wirelessly or directly connected to the host computer. Other times it boots up without problem. Having booted up without problem, if I then switch off the printer and then restart the printer, I am unable to print wirelessly, but direct connection works OK - anyone else had this problem ? My previous Dlink wireless printer server (DP-G 310)worked without problem on the same computer (until it failed after about 3 years !!!)
