Honor 9 Lite review
I am continuing to experience problems related to the dvd drive on my hp pavilian t3345 desktop.
i have been using dvd fab platinum for about three weeks......but i have had problems.....the curser freezes every time i copy dvds and although the dvd continues to be make and it does work i end up having to wait for the dvd to finish making then i have to eject the discs and switch off by the power button without closing programmes.
I suspect it may have done damage to my dvd rom drive because now when i use it it doesn't function correctly.......e.g. when i try to play a disc in media player it does read the disc but the playback is slowed down with sound and vision and when i use other programmes which need the dvd room drive i m now getting a curser freeze in there and sometimes playback is abruptly ended
Help please....i have been trying to solve the problems for a month now
If you are using onboard Graphics try going into BIOS and give the Video Adapter more Ram
hi woodchip.......i have planty hard drive space and one gig of ram......
the second comment you put....i am not technical and not sure what you mean.....how do i do that?
It all depends if your Graphics is a graphics card or if it's built into the motherboard. You can tell by looking at the back of the compute the monitor data wire not power will reveal all, if it is onboard the cable will be connected to a socket where all the other motherboard sockets are but if its a card you will see that it is connected to a socket that as a strip of metal holding it.
If it is built into the Motherboard, when starting your computer you can keep tapping Del key as it starts to see if it takes you to the BIOS setup page, if it does the instructions on how to use the settings are normally bottom right corner of the screen. You do not have mouse support in BIOS. But with onboard Graphics most allow for changing the allowed amount of ram that can be shared by Graphics.
One other way that you can try other than above is, right click on empty Desktop\Properties\Settings\Advanced\Troubleshoot move the slider down one notch and test your mouse
thanks i have already checked the mouse
i will try again with the bios settings although i am still very unsure
after installing dvd fab, i have found this text file in a folder caled pc set up in my documents.....
