CTRL+? Shortcut

hi there I am at loss to remember the short cut once read in either Tips & Tricks or another PC magazine for bringing up a url box at top left of screen , this is supposed to prevent others from knowing what web site you have visited when used.
Anyone remember using this , HELP please.

CTRL+N New document

CTRL+O Open an HTML document

CTRL+S Save changes to the current document

SHIFT+CTRL+S Save As

SHIFT+CTRL+ U Save as Unix

CTRL+W Close the current document



Editing

CTRL+X Cut

CTRL+C Copy

CTRL+V Paste

CTRL+A Select All

CTRL+G Go to line

CTRL+F Find

CTRL+R Replace

CTRL+Y Delete the current line

CTRL+Z Undo the last edit

SHIFT+CTRL+ > Indent block

SHIFT+CTRL+ < Un-indent block

CTRL+TAB Next document

Windows Logo Key - Display or hide the Start menu.

Windows Log Key + Break - Display the System Properties window.

Windows Logo Key + M - Minimize all windows.

Windows Logo Key + E - Open the My Computer window.

Windows Logo Key + F - Open the Find Files or Folders window.

Windows Logo Key + F1 - Open Windows Help.

Windows Logo Key + R - Open the "Run" dialog.
