Creating more than one Inbox in Outlook 2003

Hello all,

Simple query this, and I'm sure there is a step by step guide somewhere on Microsoft, but I can't find it...

I use three different email accounts from Outlook 2003 (one personal, one family, one business) for which I have three different email addresses, obviously.

Question: How do I configure my folders so that each email account has its own Inbox (i.e. so that all the messages don't flow into one central Inbox as is currently the case)?

Click on your current Inbox to highlight it and then File>New>Folder (CTRL+SHIFT+E) Give this folder a suitable name to identify the e-mail source.

Now go to Tools>Rules Wizard and set up a rule from scratch. Basically this rule should say: Apply this rule after the message arrives through [e-mail account] move it to [the name of the folde created]
