Thanks to all replies with suggestions.I'll give them a try. Sorry about the way they showed up on screen. They should have read Netscape caused invalid page fault in module Netscape EXE at0167:006ae046--WAOL caused page fault in module MSHTML.DLL at 0167;ada 6130---Invalid page fault in module KERNELL 32.DLL at 0167:bff85486.I might add that I have uninstalled Netscape and reinstalled it .No joy I'm afraid. Thanks again for your help. Are you on AOL???? (Shudder)

If AOL - try installing and reinstalling AOL.

If not AOL - ignore me....

Also seen suggestions to update to the latest version of AOL and / or update to IE6 (or do a repair if already using IE6 - even if you use Netscape IE might be causing the problems)
