There should be sensors installed in the CPU and on the motherboard. If you don't have Winbond, download Aida32 click here In that, look under "Computer" then "Sensor". you will get a readout of all the information you require - and more.

Motherboard monitor monitors it all in real time, although the chances are there was a utill in with your motherboard drivers CD. All chipsets have there own monitoring software if you can find out what you use go to the mobo makers site and find the monitor you need.
