i want to know if you can buy separate cpu fans without the heat sink cuz mine is so noisy and i want to replace it. where can i buy just the fan from? Cpu is a celeron dual core E3200.

Just measure you fan, then have a look on Novatech,Ebuyer,Scan to name a few.
But you can get a decent heatsink and fan for a few quid.

can case fans be used as cpu cooler fans?

As long as they fit,no reason why not.

However, if you want to cut the noise down, you need a slower fan - and that will need to be used with a more efficient heatsink.

So for quiet, get a new fan/heatsink combination, looking for one suitable to go with your processor, with a slow and quiet fan.

This is a good read for starters click here

Though it's not suitable for you, as a for instance, I invested in a Thermalright heat-pipe cooler for my P4 2.4GHZ. It's so efficient that it will run without a fan at all until ambient reaches 30º or so. With nice, slow, inaudible 90mm fan, it's so quiet it can't be heard at all, and CPU temperatures are always commendably low.

It really pays off to get a good cooler, other than a cheapo/standard one.
