Corrupt files

While doing a scan with SOPHOS I have encountered the following errors/ corrupt files: c:\\windows\system32\dllcache\perfmon.exe,c:\\windows\system32\dllcache\webhits.dll,c:\\windows\system32\dllcache\idq.dll,c:\\windows\system32\dllcache\triedit.dll. Are they important and if so how do I get rid and install new files?

Start, Run, 'SFC /scannow'. Note the space.

I have a similar problem, but with Windows 95, and your command line doesn't seem to work with this OS. Can you suggest alternative ?

System File Checker is not available on 95. You may get a better response by starting a new subject.
