hi,i posted a question some weeks ago regarding my extra 256mb not being recognised .various reasons were suggested.one reason was a very fussy motherboard.since then i have invested in another make, pny.the specs are slightly different to my previous ram.the specs for the old ram are....

i was informed the new ram would "clock down"?.
i have checked and my pc has accepted the upgrade.
