Copying Outlook files

I am trying to copy Outlook 2002 files from one computer to anotehr both using XP...any ideas.

In Outlook FILE>IMPORT & EXPORT> choose export to a file and then select Personal folder file. On the next screen highlight the Personal Folders and tick the "Include sub-folders" box. This should copy every subfolder for you to a file called BACKUP.PST. Transfer this file to your other computer and repeat the process using the IMPORT process.
