Constant BSODs, please help me

  NathanSundin 23:27 11 Nov 2014

I have Windows 8.1 on my Alienware laptop with a GTX 780M graphics card, and I am constantly getting BSODs, with all kinds of different errors. It is becoming a real joke now, I have tried types of checks like Chkdsk, and diagnose windows memory, but no luck. I have a picture of bluescreenview but I do not know how to post it. Could someone please tell me the information that I need to display in this post for help? Thank you very much!

How old is the laptop, is it still under warranty?

Do you have a recovery disc / usb stick? If so reset to factory settings.

Your right Jollyjohn, save all your data then do either a factory reset or a full reinstall. I find as drastic as it is then a fresh install clears out errors and crud, once your machine is working ok do a drive clone then update this say once a month and hey presto if things go awry just need to swap drives,i alternate between two drives and use clickfree in between, belt and braces man i am.
