hi, I've got a dimension 3100 with an intel integrated graphics card and i would like to connect the pc to a tv, i bought a vga to rca/s-video lead which i thought would work ok,
but it doesnt, although connecting and using a projector through vga is fine. Im working with a credit crunch budget so is there anything i can get to make this work without buying any expensive magic pc to tv boxes, or graphics cards? i havent got an s-video port on my tv so havent tried the s-video link although i doubt that will solve the problem.

thanks for your help

If youhave.nt got an Svid socket on the tv then its doubtful if any of its scarts would be S vid enabled you could checkthe manualIf any are then you neded an Svid to scart adaptor
