You could try resetting your network adapter:
1) Open 'Control Panel'
2) Enter "adapter" in the search box
3) Click 'View network connections' which is under Network and Sharing Center
4) Right click on your adapter(Normally called 'Wi-Fi' NOT 'Ethernet') and click 'disable' (Enter your password if prompted to do so)
5) Now, right click the same adapter again and click 'enable' (Again, enter your password if prompted to do so)
This has now reset the network adapter, try reconnecting to the network and see if you get any internet access.
