Computer Rebooted when doing Virus/Spyware checks

This Morning I carried out Some spyware checks with Spybot, Adware, A-Squared, Ewido, Windows Defenda, and Avg, left it to get on and went went down stars when I came back up half an hour latter the computer seemed too have rebooted, this is strange I thought so I retried it again and Ewido picked up a Trojan.Susear.a virus how could of this rebooted what is that virus ??

what is a virus?

It's a malicious bit of code ( program )that infects your system to cause damage one way or another.

Run your scans in safe mode.

And now the same problem has occured, I was doing a spring clean, used PC Check too Test Mobo, CPU, Ram, Hard Disk, all ok, so I booted back into Windows, and did another spyware scan and the same problem is coming back, it seem too reboot for some strange reason any ideas ???

As before, do checks in safe mode, run one check at a time.
