command prompt wxp

i keep getting the following message when i log onto windowsxp
"C:\windows\system32\cmd32.exe is not a valid win 32 application"

i think it is because i have somehow put the command prompt into my startup menu...but i can't find it to remove. some help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what you mean, but to remove any item from the start menu, right click the item then click unpin from start menu. If you can't see it it's not there.

hopefully this is irrellevant but do an anti-virus scan for kwbot.c worm

ive unpinned the reference but i still get the error message
