Command and conquer with a Virus

I have been playing Command and Conquer Generals: Zero hour on my PC happily for many months now after installing from a legitimate disk. Suddenly when I try to play it now AVG Says that the Generals exe file is infected with " SHeur.FUB ". I have tried to delete the whole installation and it says I dont have enough privilidges (although am an 'administrator'.

Over to you guys for ideas........

Am running XP, the disk is a real one - not copyied or dodgy, the PC is kept up-to-date with virus scanners and malware detectors.

Probably a false positive; run the file through virustotal - click here (if AVG will allow you to do anything with it). Wait until the next update or get Avast if it turns out to be clean; click here

Avast is not showing Generals exe as infected with a virus.

I suspect the next update of AVG will cure the false negative.
