Column Headings in Outlook Express

  [DELETED] 15:41 26 Aug 2003

I wish to change the column headings for different folders. For example I want to see FROM in the Inbox folder but TO in the Sent folder. In the Inbox, I know it's TO me and in the Sent folder I know it's FROM me so these columns take up unnecessary space. However, when I change the column headings (in the View menu) the other folders all take the same layout. I seem to remember there was a way to apply certain view settings only to the current folder not the lot or was this only in Outlook not Outlook Express? Anyone help please?

What version of OE are you using. I have V6 and my sent box automsatically shows the <TO> column whilst my Inbox shows the <FROM> column. However, adding any column to any of the folder I created myself DOES make the same change to them all - but not to the <Inbox> or <Sent Items>
