Codecs problems with Windows Media Player 10

I’m trying to play a movie on my Windows Media Player 10 and I keep getting an error message advising me that I don’t have the right codecs, so I try the web help and it shows this message.

You've encountered error message C00D109B while using Windows Media Player.

I have gone in to WM10 and changed the settings so it plays all file types but still nothing. I though the file format might be a Divx, but other such formats see to work fine.

Can any one help.

Scroll down to the "full" codecs, at around 9.5 Mb, and you will have any codec you ever require, with no malware?spyware.
