Clock sync program

Hi everyone,
I used to have a small program which I think came from a PC Advisor CD or DVD that would keep my system clock accurate by pinging the atomic clock. Can anyone tell me what it was and where to download it can`t seem to find it.

one is built into xp giving a choice of two options.

left click the time on the cornor of screen then click "internet" tab on the dialog box

thanks everyone, plenty of choices on this it seems.
I could not get the XP one to work, error message.
The one I was using originally was a free download called "Atomic Clock Sync" now that I have remembered
Got it back on now.
