I have taken Clipbook Viewer Icon out of Windows files,
Put it in Start Menu, after i press Print Screen,
I click on Clipbook Viewer icon and get on screen what I
have printed, when I click on Save As, it saves as
NT clipboard file clp, or Win3.1 clipbbrd file clp
Or Allfiles*.* . if I save in any of these,
In Paintshop Pro5 I get, The DIB in this file is invalid.
Click Open with, Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
I get No Preview Available.
Click Open With, Microsoft Photo Editor, I get
Unknown file format.
How can I open this file?

Download and install the free IrfanView program (and the plugins) from - a tremendous little graphics program.

Save your clipboard files in DIB (Device Independent Bitmap - a Windows-specific version of the Btmap, or BMP format).

Alternatively, once you have saved your screenshot, open a new blank canvas in PSP or Irfanview and press Ctrl-V, or got to Edit > Paste, to paste the image into the blank canvas.
