Circumflex A appearing in emailed forms

Hi there,

Have created a log in form on website, when users details have been entered, i.e name, address etc. a circumflex A will appear in any spaces between words when form is emailed.How to get rid of??
Any help greatly appreciated.

I would need to see your PHP script and possibly the HTML as well to have any chance of figuring that out. Don't post the code here directly: either post a link to a plain text version (almost certainly needs to be plain text to render the PHP viewable) or post it on Pastie (or similar) and then PM the link to me.

Dear Kemistri,

I have placed the page on our site on:

The site runs asp.classic and html, backed onto MS Access 2000 database, this problem has arisen at the same time as a redirect virus, which we are unable to trace, or erradicate, hope it isnt the same problem.

I assumed that you had fixed this as I hadn't received a PM, and I see that it seems to be the case. Just as well, since my natural assumption that you would be using PHP was wrong - I know nothing about ASP, least of all Classic.

You're in small company by using ASP, but there are some specialist websites and forums that are dedicated to it. There is one member here who uses ASP.NET, so he might know Classic as well, but I haven't seen him around here for a long time.
