Chromebook and Google Play Store

I own a Lenovo N20 Chromebook and after reading an article on a site set about installing Google Play Store. The article advised the N20 needed to be on the beta channel, and I easily achieved this with the N20 updating to the latest OS beta update. However after restarting the promised install Play button in Settings wasn't visible. Does anyone know if it should be or is the article wrong and the N20 still hasn't been added to the compatible list by Google? Any help gratefully appreciated.

...or is the article wrong and the N20 still hasn't been added to the compatible list.........

The bad news is that your Lenovo is not yet compatible. The good news is that its status is showing as "Planned" on the compatibility list.
