Changing ISP's - Advice?

  PUKKA784 18:52 10 May 2005

Hello can anyone help me, I am about to change my ISP from AOL to another service and was thinking of Tiscali. Can anyone advise me of the best way to do this, without losing my internet connection for too long. If you know of any other good providers who can offer good all round connection speed and value for money - I would be grateful of any suggestions.
