Changing colour contrasts

Hi,

Just wondering.. I would like to use some buttons at the top of a web page to change the background and text colours to help with accessibility.

The only idea I can think of is having say four style sheets and when they click the link it will load the website from another folder. ie:

click here

Is this the way you are supposed to do it?

Ive has trouble finding some guides on the internet :(

Any tips would be most welcome!! :)
