change colour

how do i change the colour of my toolbar on the internet it is defaulted to packardbell and i cant read the toolbar they have a stupid purple to dark to see any linkscant read the text ie search

It's possible that you mean this.

Right click on a blank part of the desktop screen and select Properties. Click on Appearance and half way down on the left you will see 'Colour scheme'

thanks for the responses i know how to change colour and background on my desktop
the colours i want to change are on internet explorer toolbara stupid dark purple of packard bell

can you click on the view button in IE, and maybe make changes from there.

I have never seen this problem before.
