have just tried to copy one of my music cds with nero6 which went thru the whole process but when i tried to check the disc nothing had been written onto the disk.
then tried to copy a nvidia driver i had down loaded using windows own program and it copied fine is this a faulty drive or a glitch with nero
any advice appreciated before i spend any money

use nero's drive test to see if your drive is functioning ok

It seems to me that your CDRW is INCD formatted.
Use the nero erase facility and then try to copy your music cd.

zarobian it seems that we have crossed wires the disc is write once it is the drive that seems to be causing the problem.
have just run neros test drive with mixed results using music and data cds disc quality came back with error in initializing test
and scan disc invalid fiels in cdb (052400)
