everytime a try to copy any discs i am told that my cdrom drive has a bad memory block could anyone tell me how to fix this thanks leo

please will someone tell my if i need a new cdrom drive as i will get it done under the warranty if it does i do not copy ilegal software and never have thanks leo

Your opening words are: "everytime a (I) try to copy any discs (disks)".....

You use the word "any".

Open Device Manager, highlight your drive and check for any exclamation marks.

Then, with the drive still highlighted, click on Properties.

You can now check that your drive is in order via the three tabs.

im not trying to kid anyone i DO NOT COPY ANY ILEGAL SOFTWARE AND NEVER HAVE I DONT HAVE ANY GAME DISCS OR ANYSOFTWARE THST DIDENT COME WITH MY PC THANKS

OK, I believe you..:-)

But it does indicate just how carefully you have to choose your words, such as the bit about "I do not copy any illegal software."

This can be interpreted that you do, however, copy legal software...:-)
