cd-r in xbox

i want to burn an audio cd to use in my xbox. i tried using a cd-rw and that didnt work. then, i tried 40x cd-r discs, and i burned them with nero, and a few other programs. it still doesnt work. all my games work fine in the xbox and i have succesfully used real audio cd in the past.

well how do i fix that.(even if it involves illegal software)

Perhaps the X-box has copy-protection built in, and recognises the disks as copies instead of original disks, and refuses to play what it thinks are 'pirate CDs'.

It depends on what drive is in your xbox. Thompson, phillips or samsung. Though none will play cd'rs

if it want play cd-r's what difference will it make whitch one i have?
