hi i,ve just bought a canon ip 5000 the program supplyed is not very good at printing full size images on to cdr discs it doe,nt seem to print full size images just spiral or small size any one suggest another program for this

I suggest you read and understand the instruction files that come with the program on the Canon software CD - you'll then find that the program if used corrctly is extremely capable of creating excellent designs and not therefore the problem.

Browse the Installation CD and find the comprehensive instruction files - the Help files accessed from from within the program are pretty hopeless. You want a heading something like Resize Object. Afraid I can't be more precise as I no longer have the files - a friend bought one of these printere a couple of months ago and had the same initial problems so sent me the files off the CD to read and 'translate' for him.

I'll try and get hold of my mate later today and get him to send me the files again and I'll post back this evening.

Stop the presses - I've just found them on my other PC. Click my envelope and I'll send them to you as a zip.
