Can't remove trojans

Hi All I've got some unwanted rootkits or Trojans as you can see in my screen shot click here

I have A-Squared, Super Antispyware (as you can see) AVG Antispyware, Spybot, Spyware Terminator.

When I tell it to clean these infections the same files come back any ideas on what to do??

Its found the infections and its asking me to pay for them to be moved is this right?

Try win32delfkil.exe from click here and run SuperAntiSpyware again.

Yes, but it is not expensive - my Partner bought it recently because it got rid of something for her, which no other program could.

nothing showed there going to have another pop with SAS.
