Can't play DVD-ram vr recordings on my pc

  cdb 18:56 02 Feb 2005

I have a Panasonic E95 dvd recorder and I can record to dvd-ram on it. The recordings (in vr mode I believe) will not play back on my pc.

I have winXP, Power DVD5, a panasonic lf d310 drive ram drive.

I have up graded the firmware to A128 and updated a program called dvd-ram driver. It has made no difference.

The pc can see all the files but I get the error

Error 8004027b

DVD-Video playback graph could not be built due to insufficient decoders.

Any ideas.
