Cant Install Kaspersky

I have just bought Kaspersky Internet Security 2009. I tried to install it but it says that I need to remove AVG first. I did uninstall AVG beforehand and ran Regseeker a couple of times but it still says its there.

What can I do to completely remove it?

Try Reinstalling AVG then uninstall it using in Advanced Mode

Sorry missed out Revo uninstaller. Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 is an excellent choice.

I had so many problems with Kaspersky9 that I binned it and switched to Eset.

Kaspersky is a massive drain on performance.

In my opinion that is not so, and I believe Kaspersky to be the best I have used over this past 12 years.
Negative thoughts are always a matter of opinion and should only be expressed as such.

You may also find this worth reading if my first suggestion fails, although I believe it should work.

Its all good rawprawn, I took your advice and used Revo. Its brilliant!

Worked first time.

Gratters, its possible that its your system thats not up to running Kaspersky. I was under the impression that it was light? I've been running a full scan and didn't even notice it.

Any way thanks for your help
