Hi all, I have formatted my c: drive and installed windows 7 premium 64 bit.Whenever I try to install Adobe reader i get message " a new version is already installed.this is what I have done so far: 1: As suggested by Adobe forum I ran their cleaner tool. 2: Downloaded and tried installing full adobe through filehippo instead of through installer. 3.installed 32 bit of Windows 7.

None of these helped;the issue is still the same. Please help

Thanks in advance Amit
