Cant boot PC

I got message "an error has occured insert system disc" i did so and choose to installed win XP home, it started gathering various file the I got the message
" This PC has been shut down to prevent damage to PC, if this is the first time you have seen this message rebooot PC.
Check for vendor Bois updates, disable caching and shadowing. Start in safe mode if you need to diable any components.
Stop: 0X0000008E, 0xC0000005,0XF741CAD,0XF6FF27EA,0X000000000

I dont know what happened before this as PC is in bedroom and I had switched it on then left it for 3/4 hours before returnig to this message screen.

If only everything was that easy, it was memory stick covered in dust I cleaned them all while I had side off. It was not so long since I did that but just goes to show im not doing it often enough.
Anyway all fine now
