I can't get in to see my emails, this error message comes up:The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.freeserve.com', Server: 'pop.freeserve.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
Can anybody help?

This happens with a friend's computer and he uses a different ISP (Tiscali). I had wondered if maybe it is because he uses the same details to access the net (via broadband)and also for his POP3 server?
However maybe it is some sort of virus or worm?

It looks like the problem I had wasn't at my end it seemed to be a freeserve (wanadoo) problem. I didn't try to access Outlook again until next day and then everything was fine.
