Can't access Freeserve mail in Outlook Express

My colleague has an old account with an fsmail.net suffix. He can access webmail via Wanadoo but no luck in Outlook. Can't find original pop/smtp settings but have tried pop/smtp.freeserve.com as well as pop/smtp.wanadoo.co.uk - neither get past 'authorizing'. No obvious advice on Wanadoo site apart from a confusing comment about not including @fs!! Any advice appreciated.(Using Toucansurf Broadband).

Make sure the Account Settings in Outlook Express are correct. Access these by clicking on Tools > Accounts and have a look at this link for guidance.

Also be aware for a lot of free e-mail accounts they become suspended if not used for a specific period and you have to reactivate the account by contacting the ISP.

I think fsmail is webmail and can't be accessed by Oe.
