I am trying to scan a booking form using the above Scanner and program. I have tried the scan wizard and the various auto settings but the scanned document is not the same as the original,ie,the lines and boxes do not appear on the scan. Please can someone help

Check the resolution of the scan - it may need to be about 300dpi to pick up the lines.

Also check that the prog is configured to scan everything, not just text. Have a look in the options box and see what is there.
