Cannot write or delete anything

Hi help please,

Cannot write or delete anything either in Word Excel ect or in a browser. Windows PC Windows 7. Don't know if this as anything to do with the problem but I scanned a document and opened it in Word 2007, now neither that document or any other cannot be amended. Have run antivirus malwarebytes Ccleaner, and SUPERAntiSpyware to no avail.
