I have a silly problem which I cannot understand.

I want to uninstall Namo Web Editor 5.5 from my computer, and have tried using the Add and Remove Programs via Control Panel, and each time I try to uninstall it goes through the same process of asking me three things:- 1. Do I want to repair, change and add other items which were not downloaded the first time, or unistall, which I want. When I say UNINSTALL, it takes ages, then says WE HAVE PERFORMED MAINTENANCE and I'm back to square one again.

I want to install the newer version of Namo, and can't because the same things happen when I try to do that. What is going wrong? Please help.

Have you disabled it in Start up folder?
Because if it has elements that are running then I don't think you can uninstall.

click on start and RUN and type in msconfig and pres enter. Find the offending program in the STARTUP tab and disable it

Or re-boot into SAFE MODE and delete it from there.
