Cannot create DVD in Windows DVD Maker

  omen_peter 20:38 26 Feb 2010

Hi, wondering if anyone can help. I have got Windows Vista, and am trying to create a DVD using Windows DVD Maker. However, everytime I try to burn the movie files onto a DVD, it gets to 99% complete before giving me the message: "Cannot create the DVD - The owner SID on a per-user subscription doesn't exist."
Anyone know what this means, and what I can do to get around it? Recently downloaded a Vista codec so that the files played on windows media player.
