My friend is having a lot of trouble trying to connect to the Internet via her BT BB.
Sometimes it works o.k. and at others not at all
I am with Virgin and have not much idea of what to check (I haven't much idea anyway)..
Is there a correct way of checking the connection, i.e a check list,
rather than go about it in
a haphazard manner.....like wat I would do!
Your friends problem may be interference from a nearby BT Hub. Try changing channel. The default channel is 6. My wife had that problem on her laptop I changed my hub to channel 11. No problem since. You can download inSSIDer Google it. You can than run it to find the channel nearby hubs are transmitting on,
