Can you 'undo' someone else's Word Doc?

I thought I remembered reading once how a football manager gave a presentation at a club but the club 'undid' his Word doc and found he had used a similar theme for another two football clubs.....or something like that. My question is can you undo / see previous changes that someone else has made to their word doc?

Yes. up to a point

you can see when the document was written, modified, last accessed and previous versions by clicking on the documents properties.

Good to see you're still here FB. Okay, I have found the details on the properties but is there a way of gaining acess to any previous versions?
