Can you turn off MSN Security

  paddyjack 20:48 14 Dec 2005

My daughter is trying to send me some short video clips, via MSN. But MSN has decided that they are potentially hamefull and will not let me access them. I am useing MSN 7.5 same as she has and she dose not have this problem. I am useing AVG as anit virus.

Any suggestions from anybody, or am I just unlucky?

What is the exact message that you receive?

What type of video file is it (i.e. what is the file extension?)

Zip the file first.

VoG™ initally mov files, then she got them converted to wma. From memory the error message is 'Windows determened the file to be potentially dangerious access denied' it will not allow me to save it to disk. Initally it says that thge files are in the 'Received' folder, click on the link and the above message appears. If I open up the received files folder they are not there.

ACOLYTE thats an idea now I will teach her how to do that.

This could get interesting.

Thanks for the responces.
